Girls' Generation appear on MBC's "New Life for Children"

The lovely ladies of Girl’s Generation (SNSD) performed for children’s charity on MBC’s “New Life for Children” event broadcasted on November 30th. The goal of the event, which has been ongoing since 1990, is to help raise funds for children with pediatric cancer, leukemia, and financial problems.

The event was hosted by celebrity actors Choi Soo Jong and Kim Hee Ae, and held at the MBC Dream Center in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province.

In addition to helping MBC raise funds for the good cause in the live taping, the girls also donated their time earlier on to volunteer at a local Starbucks and sell coffee to office workers. The money raised from their group effort was donated directly towards “New Life for Children.”
