Wonder Girls Leading Internet Poll On "Video Of The Year"
The Wonder Girls are currently the leader of an online poll for
“Video of the Year” on U.S.music site Musiqtone.com.
The English version music video of their song “Nobody” is currently in first place, beating out all the other music videos released by popular U.S. artists.
At the time of this article being posted, they currently have 1,050,212 votes, making up 36% of all votes made in the poll. Tokio Hotel and David Archuleta have the next high amnount of votes, with 26% and 15%, respectively.
The voting for this poll allows music fans from anywhere in the world to vote up to 50 times a day for their favorite music video of 2009. The poll will be closed on Jan 31, 11:59 EST.
Along with their U.S. debut last year with “Nobody,” they opened for The Jonas Brothers for their summer U.S. tour. Other notable appearances include “Wendy Williams
Show” and “So You Think You Can Dance”.
The Wonder Girls are currently working on their first full length U.S. album to be released this February.
