Rain's New Album Set For April 1, New Drama To Come This Fall

World-KPop star, Rain’s comeback date in Korea has been confirmed.

It was posted on Rain’s homepage today, “The special album
will be released on April 1. I’m very happy that I can be able to
show cool performances for 2 months.”

He said, “The special album is made for fans and will be collection
of a few songs which I’ve collected all this while. I’ll also be
performing the songs for my concert tour this year.”

It has also been known that Rain will preparing for his
drama comeback this October. He will start the preparations for the
drama after his concert in Japan this June. This will be his first drama
production since being in the KBS 2TV mini series “A Love To Kill” in
2005.

According to Rain, because of the release of the album, his drama comeback had already been delayed from the initial planned June-July of this year.

He revealed, “I’ve been doing a few productions whose contents are
rather harsh, I will be back doing something which is more comfortable
for fans.”

A JTunes Ent representative said, “It is true that he will be
participating in a drama the 2nd half ot the year. But as to what type
of production it will be we cannot confirm as of now.”

Meanwhile, Rain’s drama comeback will be of more meaning since he had
achieved success with his Hollywood film. An official revealed that
Rain’s Hollywood movie Ninja Assassin had managed to earn 61 million
dollars.

And Rain also talked about MBLAQ’s new single, “Coming April 5, I wish everyone will join the fun.”
