Rain Wins At MTV Movie Awards

The 2010 MTV Movie Awards were were held last evening in Los Angeles.

Rain was nominated for the Biggest Badass Star award for his role as Raizo in the movie, Ninja Assassin. He was up against top Hollywood stars like Angelina Jolie, Chris Pine, Channing Tatum, and Sam Worthington.

Rain came away as the winner of the award and gave his acceptance speech in fluent English. He had originally stated that he was happy just attending the event and left a message through his company saying, “I think everything I endured while shooting Ninja Assassin is coming to fruition. I would like to thank the fans who have given me enormous support from the bottom of my heart.”

Rain will be returning to Korea later this evening.
