JYP Entertainment and Mnet Media To Join Forces

Talenthouse JYP Entertainment, home to many of the popular groups such as 2PM, 2AM, Wondergirls, and Miss A, announced that they are teaming up with Mnet Media in order to expand the influence of Korean music on other parts of Asia.

The two companies are collaborating together in many ways, in order to bring more of JYP artists into other Asian countries. They will also hold more broadcasting events that feature only JYP artists.

Regarding the partnership, Mnet Media states:

“Through this partnership with JYPE, we hope to become a role model in producing distinguished contents in the entertainment business. This is an opportunity for the Hallyu wave to expand into China, Thailand and other Asian countries.”
