f(x) Krystal Confirmed in "High Kick Season 3" Cast

Early—and persistent buzz on f(x) Krystal’s appearance in the third season of MBC’s popular sitcom “High Kick” is proved right.  On Tuesday, local media reported the youngest f(x) member will join the “High Kick Season 3” cast.

The sitcom will not be Krystal’s first acting project.  Fans will remember her debut in 2010’s “More Charming by the Day,” another MBC sitcom.  

“High Kick” has achieved success in its previous seasons, “Unstoppable High Kick” (2006) and “High Kick Through the Roof” (2009).  Because of the its solid, history-making 20% in daily TV ratings, the series is credited to serve as a launchpad of many of today’s young actors.  Some of the series’ alumni are Jung Il Woo (“49 Days”), Kim Bum (“Boys Over Flowers”), Park Min Young (“Sungkyungkwan Scandal”), Shin Se Kyung (“Queen Seon Deok”), Daniel Choi  (“Cyrano Dating Agency”), Yoon Shi Yoon (“Baker King Tak Gu”) and Yoo In Na (“Secret Garden”).  Krystal’s appearance in the series is expected to further raise the anticipation for the upcoming season. 

Along with Krystal, the announcement also reported the casting of Park Hae Seon. 

“High Kick Season 3” is set to begin broadcast on September 19th.
