[Scene Recap] “Heartstrings”: Park Shin Hae Spots Jung Yong Hwa & So Yi Hyun Being Together Once Again

***SPOILER ALERT***

On the fifth episode of MBC’s “Heartstrings” aired on July 13^th, Lee Shin (Jung Yong Hwa) was unable to put aside his feelings toward Yoon Soo (So Yi Hyun), a professor of the dance department.

Lee Shin expressed his feelings to Yoon Soo, who didn’t consider him as being a manly figure, “How much do I have to get older for you to not think that I’m a little kid. Please see me for who I am.”  

However, Yoon Soo made it clear that she didn’t have any feelings for him by stating, “I’m getting sick of this. You’re not the guy for me.” Lee Shin couldn’t say anything to Yoon Soo, who was rejecting him.

Park Shin Hye (Lee Gyu Won), who was walking around the campus, happened to spot this scene! While their eyes met, Lee Gyu Won was unable to give any words of consolation.

Before Gyu Won realized it, she was beginning to have feelings for Lee Shin. She was heartbroken from encountering Lee Shin and Yoon Soo being together once again, after spotting the two kissing.

Meanwhile, “Heartstrings” received viewer ratings of 6.2%, while SBS’s “City Hunter” and KBS’s “Romance Town” each recorded 19.9% and 11.6%, respectively.
