SISTAR’s Soyou Diet Secret: Avoid Salt

SISTAR’s Soyou revealed the secret behind her becoming so skinny. Before SISTAR’s comeback through a teaser picture Soyou revealed her body that has become a lot skinnier. Soyou stated on August 11th, “For a month I have been working out and controlling my diet, and I lost 8kg. I tried to make a healthy and supple body that fits in with SISTAR’s image. I worked out diligently and avoided food with a lot of salt. I was happy because of fans and their reactions.”

Netizens have commented, “I want to know the secret behind her diet,” “Now that she has lost weight she is so pretty!” “I’ve been waiting for you Soyou.”

Now that SISTAR has had their first comeback performance on August 11th through “M Countdown,” their next performance will be on KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank.”
