CN Blue Opens for Linkin Park in Japan Concert

CN Blue takes another step towards the big leagues with a high-profile gig.  The four-man band will open for Grammy winner Linkin Park on the September 10 concert of “A Thousand Suns Japan Tour 2011.”

The announcement was made on CN Blue’s Japanese website as well as on the site of Linkin Park’s Japan tour organizer on September 7. CN Blue’s appearance is a one-night-only affair for the Makuhari Messe performance.

CN Blue as opening act for one of the American rock band’s tour stops is another positive development in preparation for their major label debut in Japan.  CN Blue is now part of Warner Music Japan’s stable of artists and will release the mini-album “In My Head” on October 19.
