SBS Extends Hit Series "Protect the Boss"

Following numerous rumors and speculation, the hit drama “Protect the Boss” is now confirmed to extend from 16 to 18 episodes.

According to SBS, they have come to the decision to extend the hit series because, “there are many stories to be told yet.” An additional two episodes will be added to the drama, extending its airing by another week.

This follows a statement made by SBS on September 8, stating that, “An extension is not something that can be decided upon with ease. We need the agreement of the actors, the production company, and such. We will hold a meeting today and by tomorrow (September 9) there should be a decision.” 

“Protect the Boss”, staring Ji Sung, Choi Kang Hee, JYJ’s Jaejoong and Wang Ji Hye, airs on SBS Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:55PM.
