Wheesung's Activities for New Single Stop Early Due to Health Condition

Singer Wheesung had to stop activities for the new single “The Guys Are Coming” early because of his health condition. 

Wheesung will stage his last performance on SBS “Inkigayo” on Oct. 23. The singer originally planned a busy schedule of activities before his enlistment in the military service but due to the poor physical condition he had to cancel everything. 

On Oct. 21, one Wheesung representative declared, “It is a shame but Wheesung plans to perform only until this weekend. His condition improved a lot, but according to the doctors it is better for him to rest before going to the military service, so he decided to take a full rest for one whole week.”

Wheesung has just presented his new single last week, with a performance on “M Countdown.” “The Guys Are Coming” is receiving a good response from the public. The song features singer Ailee whose songs Wheesung was in charge of producing. Wheesung also will hold a last concert. 

Wheesung’s representative further commented, “It is a pity he has to cut his activities so soon. Even if health is important, Wheesung will not upset the fans and he will prepare for the last concert before the military service.” 

After the first performance of his new single, Wheesung was sent to the hospital since he was suffering from a severe cold as well as gastroenteritis. 

According to his agency Wheesung will be entering the Nonsan military training camp in Chungnam on November 7. As last activity, Wheesung is going to hold a concert with Kim Tae Woo titled “2011 TWO MEN SHOW – SOUL TWINS” on November 5 and 6.
