Tablo's New Albums Places 2nd and 5th on Billboard's World Music Chart
Tablo’s new albums, “Fever’s End Part 2” and “Fever’s End Part 1” placed second and fifth place on Billboard’s World Music Chart, respectively. YG Entertainment representatives stated, “Many Korean artists have ranked on Billboard’s World Music Chart but this is the first time that a Korean singer has ranked in two different places in the top 10 at the same time.”
Tablo’s new albums are receiving a lot of love and attention worldwide. On November 2, Tablo also placed first on U.S and Canada’s iTunes Hip Hop Album Chart. He also ranked number four and ten in Japan, number two in Norway, number five in Australia, and number three in New Zealand. In response to this, Tablo had tweeted, “I would like to thank listeners around the world who put Korean music on top of the world. It’s been a surprise this morning and I feel like I received a huge present. Thanks.”
The album is doing very well considering that Tablo is not actively promoting it. After a single comeback performance on SBS Inkigayo, it has been hard to see Tablo on stage. But fans will be excited to know that Tablo will be making his second television appearance in KBS Joy’s “Lee Sora’s Second Propose.” Lee Sora, a veteran singer, is also featured in Tablo’s album in the song “Home.” Big Bang‘s Taeyang will also perform with Tablo for “Tomorrow.”
Fans will also be able to see Tablo performing at “15th Anniversary YG Family Concert” on December 3 and 4.
