MNet "M! Countdown" - Dec. 29, 2011

“Song of the Week” on the last week of 2011 is “Trouble Maker” by Trouble Maker, beating  IU’s “You and I” and  A Pink’s “My My.” This is the third win from Trouble Maker.

MNet’s “M! Countdown” bids farewell to 2011 with a celebration of the artists who have done well in the year. The show commemorates Infinite‘s first No.1 with “Be Mine,” celebrates the birth of Korea’s “Beyonce and Jay-Z” in the HyunA-JS project duo Trouble Maker, and even recounts the humorous happenings on the “M! Countdown” stage such as when Wonder Girls Yubin dropped their trophy. “World star” CN Blue performed a mini-concert with three songs. For the first time on Korean TV, CN Blue performed their Japanese major label debut, “In My Head.”

The year-ender special show features performances from Trouble Maker, Infinite, CN Blue, A Pink, Boyfriend, YB, Verbal Jint, Oksang Dalbit, Jung Joon Il, M.Street, B1A4, M.I.B and LED Apple.

Tony Ahn’s co-host for the evening is “Super Star K3’s” Kim Min Suk, on his first MC assignment. The self-taught guitarist is also about to debut as an actor on the upcoming tvN drama “Shut Up: Flower Boy Band.”
