SHINee Minho’s Sitcom “Salamander Guru and the Shadows” Release First Stills
SHINee Minho’s first sitcom show, SBS “Salamander Guru and the Shadows,” released its first batch of still cuts today. The photos came from the filming that took place on January 3.
The first recording was about a scene where Lee Byung Joon, the real “Salamander Guru” who suffers from dementia, goes around lifting the skirts of a nurse and a model. He portrayed his perverted character perfectly well, bringing positive reviews from the entire set.
Staff members also noted that Lee Byung Joon led the whole crew to create a family-life atmosphere, even bringing a portable heat pack to Minho’s mouth to help his pronunciation in the freezing weather.
The veteran comic actors, Oh Dal Soo and Lim Won Hee, also played their characters realistically, causing everyone on set to burst out in laughter throughout the whole filming session.
“’Salamander Guru and the Shadows’ is not just a regular sitcom about friends, lovers, and family. It’s a comic story involving mystery and a villain. Despite the cold weather, all the cast members are working hard for it, so we expect this show to be ‘daebak,’” the production crew said.
The first episode of “Salamander Guru and the Shadows” will air on January 27, so make sure you check it out!
