Choreographer Jeri Slaughter Compliments JYJ Kim Junsu - "He's a Triple Threat"

Famous choreographer, Jeri Slaughter has praised JYJ Kim Junsu for his talent as a performing artist.

On April 24, Kim Junsu’s first teaser video was uploaded on JYJ’s official Facebook page and Youtube account.  Teaser videos for Kim Junsu’s new album will be released each week to lead up to the actual release of the new album in mid-May.   

Kim Junsu’s entertainment agency stated that the singer will be showing a new unique identity and creativity.  They also noted that many top professionals from the entertainment and music world came together to work on this project and expects the project to be a great success.  

Jeri Slaughter, who developed the choreography for JYJ’s worldwide album, praised the singer saying that he is a “triple threat artist.”

Jeri Slaughter added that the term “‘Triple Threat’ refers to a person who excels at singing, dancing and acting. In the United States, we have Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, and Christina Aguilera as the leading top performers. But, I believe that Kim Junsu is the only one in Asia.”  He continued to add that Kim Junsu has natural talent when it comes to dancing. He created “hard edge” choreography and Kim Junsu always delivered perfectly.

The second teaser for Kim Junsu’s first solo album will be released on May 2. You can catch him live in concert on May 19 and 20 at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul.
