f(x)’s “Electric Shock” MV is the Most Watched Video on YouTube

f(x) hit a new milestone with their latest music video “Electric Shock,” as it ranked #1 on YouTube’s “Most Viewed Videos” category on June 13.

The MV for “Electric Shock” was released on June 12 and it’s currently been viewed almost 1.8 million times. It was also the most “liked” and “favorited” videos on YouTube in the past 24 hours, proving f(x)’s growing popularity around the world. In fact, “Electric Shock” reached one million views in just 15 hours since its release, which is one of the fastest records in K-Pop.

Meanwhile, “Electric Shock” topped the iTunes’ electronic album chart in the U.S. and Canada shortly after its release, while sweeping all major Korean music charts online.

The digital single for “Electric Shock” was released on June 10, but the CD copy was made available on June 13. f(x) will have their first live stage for “Electric Shock” on June 14 through Mnet’s M! Countdown!”
