miss A’s Suzy to Sing the Theme Song for her Character in “Big”

miss A’s Suzy currently stars in the KBS rom-com “Big” as Jang Mari, a wild and spontaneous girl who’s head over heels in love with Kang Kyung Joon. Earlier today, it’s been revealed that she will also be participating in the OST of the drama. As previously reported, “Big’s” OST has already made headlines for topping various music charts with hit songs by Huh Gak, Noel, Davichi, and BEAST.

Suzy is well loved for her soft voice and strong singing ability, and she is on her way to becoming the next OST queen, following in the footsteps of Baek Ji Young and Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon. She’s already done two OSTs in the past: “Winter Child” for “Dream High” and “So Many Tears” for “Me Too, Flower.” For “Big,” she will be singing the theme song for her character, Jang Mari.

Reportedly, Suzy also took part in selecting the song, sorting through potential pieces to find one that best fit her character. Suzy stated, “I focused on expressing Jang Mari’s feelings during the OST production process. I hope people will enjoy ‘Big’ more after listening to the song. I’m always thankful.”

The OST production team is still in the process of selecting the right title for the song. At the moment, it is unclear when Suzy’s track will be released.
