Shin Min Ah Claims She Gained Weight in Pictorial for "@star1"
Shin Min Ah recently posed for the star lifestyle magazine, “@star1” and talked about her secrets behind her smashing body and her non-aging face.
Due to her intense drama filming schedule, Shin Min Ah suffered from a cold and almost could not speak. Nevertheless, she showed her professionalism by executing the photo shoot and interview with a smile on her face. Photo shoot staff members praised her by saying, “Whatever she wears, she’s pretty and whatever she does, we want to applaud her.”
The concept of this photo shoot was to reminisce Shin Min Ah’s debut days. When asked how she kept her body so fit, she answered, “Dieting is a necessity.”
She said, “Because I was able to wear hanboks (Korean traditional dress) in ‘,’ I kind of let go so I actually gained a lot of weight” and “You can’t really tell because hanbok’s are loose fitting but I’m worried about the day when I won’t be wearing hanboks anymore.”
She continued, “I love to eat. Before a project starts, I regulate my portions and exercise but after the project beings, I start to gain weight again,” and “I could also strongly feel that I am aging these days. As I am filming, I notice that it’s not as easy as it used to be when I was younger.”
Finally, Shin Min Ah shared, “Thinking about it, there’s not one special method to taking care of myself. If I had to come up with something, I’d say that I’m turning into a pretty positive person when I really wasn’t before. I think people are viewing me more favorably since I’m smiling more and running around more.”
The rest of Shin Min Ah’s interview, which contains behind-the-scenes stories of “Arang and the Magistrate,” will be revealed through the October edition of “@star1.”
