Lee Shi Young Signs With New Agency

On December 18, J-Wide Company announced that the agency has signed an exclusive contract with actress Lee Shi Young. Currently, actors and actresses like Lee Sang Yoon, Go Joon Hee, and Lee Young Eun are at J-Wide Company. Lee Shi Young has been working as a free agent until now.

A representative from J-Wide Company commented, “Lee Shi Young has limitless potential and infinite charm. We want to bring out all these different sides of her through our systematic management and assets. We will do our best to support her.” This representative added, “She will be coming back to the screens soon. As she is very passionate about boxing, we will support her boxing career, too.” 

Meanwhile, Lee Shi Young has been a amateur boxer as well as an actress. On December 11, she made it to the final round of the 66th Annual National Amateur Boxing Championship, which served double purposes as a trial round to pick boxers for the national team in the -48kg class. However, she lost by a narrow decision in the end.
