Yoon Shi Yoon's New Nickname Is "Study King"

Actor Yoon Shi Yoon, also known as “Study King,” was spotted reading a book while on break in the middle of shooting for the upcoming drama, “My Flower Boy Neighbor.”

Park Shin Hye plays a leading female role who is too scared to go outside.  She stares at a handsome guy from her window all the time.  One day the guy sees the girl sneaking a peak at him.  This starts the beginning of their love story. 

Recently, Park Syn Hye and Yoon Shi Yoon appeared as guests on a talk show where Park Shin Hye revealed Yoon Shi Yoon’s love for books, “Yoon Shi Yoon always has a book in his hand.  He always tries to learn something new so he always reads.  Because of this, I made a nickname for him- ‘Study King.'”

 After finishing the taping for the talk show, Yoon Shi Yoon was spotted reading a book in public which proved that Park Syn Hye’s comment was true.  A picture was captured of the star with a popsicle in his mouth while reading a book. He was waiting for his scene to be filmed at Incheon International Airport.

Netizens who saw the picture commented,”I guess he really is a smart guy,” “He looks more handsome because he is reading” and “I can’t wait to see the drama.”

Meanwhile, “My Flower Boy Neighbor” originated from the online webtoon and will premiere on January 1. Don’t miss the first episode!
