Baek Ji Young Sings Love Theme for "Gu Family Book" OST

Baek Ji Young, who has sung OST songs for the hit dramas “Secret Garden” and “Rooftop Prince,” among many others, has once again lent her hit-making voice for another rising drama, “Gu Family Book.”

She sings the theme song titled “Spring Rain” for Kang Chi (Lee Seung Gi’s character) and Yeo Wool’s (Suzy’s character) love story. The lyrics are about the warm and thrilling feelings of new love with verses that contain the words, “Love comes to me like the spring rain” and “Silently melts my frozen heart.” It also connects the tragic love story of Kang Chi’s parents to Kang Chi’s story by speaking of a love that “crosses time and comes to me like fate as the spring rain.”

Episode five and six of “Gu Family Book” air this Monday and Tuesday.
