Singer Son Seung Yeon Reveals How She Lost 22 Pounds
Just gearing up for her comeback, singer Son Seung Yeon reveals how she lost a great deal of weight.
On July 3, she posted on her Twitter, “Many people asked about my diet secrets and it’s this! It is this! Rather than just exercising, I chose an exercise that has rhythm. I recommend this to people who don’t have fun exercising! Fighting!
She also mentioned, “Don’t starve yourself, but have a consistent and healthy diet.”
The first set of pictures show her putting some jabs and kicks in with a trainer. She bites her lips in full concentration. In the second set of photos, she cutely poses with her boxing gloves.
Son Seung Yeon is planning to release a teaser for her latest track “I’m Not Crazy.”
