Actor Lee Tae Sung Entered Military Service Without Hearing the Wedding Bells

Actor Lee Tae Sung, who started his military service on October 29, has been belatedly reported to have left without getting married.

On November 11, an official from his entertainment agency, Glory MK Entertainment, announced, “Lee Tae Sung started his military service and entered the 32^nd division training camp located in Gongju, South Chungcheong Province. He will officially become an active-duty reserve officer after his 5 weeks of training. As he entered the military so suddenly, he was unable to go forth with his wedding plans. We believe that he will wed once he gets out.” Lee Tae Sung’s duty as a full-time reserve officer involves the actor commuting back and forth from his home to his workplace, just like a normal salaryman.

Last year, Lee Tae Sung finished his marriage registration with his girlfriend who is seven years older than him, and reported to the media and fans that the couple already have a newborn son. At the time, he announced the news through this Twitter, and wrote, “I think the time has come to tell you guys. I’m sorry! I’m getting married! We will try to live a long and happy life. It would be really great to get your unanimous support!”

His last work was the MBC drama “Pots of Gold” before entering the military service. At the drama’s opening conference, Lee Tae Sung had said, “I think I will enter the military when I finish working for this production.”
