Secret to Release Japanese Version of "I Do I Do" in February
Girl group Secret will return to the Japanese market with a Japanese version of “I Do I Do.”
According to the latest issue of newspaper Sankei Sports, the girls will release a Japanese version of their single “I Do I Do” on February 5. This will be the group’s first song in Japanese after a year and eight months.
Sankei Sports shared, “Secret has changed agencies, and is now represented by Kiss Entertainment in Japan. They will release their first Japanese song in a year and eight months titled ‘I Do I Do’ on February 5,” and continued to reveal details on their comeback, “At the time of the song release, Secret will visit Japan, and hold a mini live event on February 6 at 2pm at the mecca of idol events, Sunshine City, located in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.”
Marking the group’s first Japanese comeback after a lengthy break, Sankei Sports attracted the readers’ attention by introducing the adorable “Penguin Dance” of “I Do I Do,” and praising the song’s popularity in Korea.
“I Do I Do” was released in the beginning of December, and quickly rose to the top of music charts thanks to its carol-like melody and cute choreography.
