Sam Kim and Kwon Jin Ah of “K-Pop Star 3” Officially Sign with Yoo Hee Yeol’s Antenna Music

It has been revealed in an exclusive report by OSEN that the runner-up of SBS’ “K-Pop Star 3,” Sam Kim, as well as third place, Kwon Jin Ah, have both decided to join Yoo Hee Yeol at Antenna Music.

The two of them have recently completed contract negotiations and will now officially be making music at Antenna Music.

Yoo Hee Yeol joined the third season of “K-Pop Star” as a judge for the first time, and gained popularity for his emotional assessment of the contestants’ performances, as well as his witty rhetoric. During his time on the show, he built a close bond with Sam Kim and Kwon Jin Ah, often acting as their mentor.

Kwon Jin Ah received praise for her charming vocal color and solid fundamentals, making it to the semifinal top three. At the time, when she was eliminated, Yoo Hee Yeol told her, “This result is not the end. This is a new start. You shined the brightest from the beginning.”

Sam Kim received praise for being a guitar genius from the very beginning, garnering much interest from viewers. Yoo Hee Yeol said about Sam Kim’s performance, “You are someone who performs instinctively and that is why I call you a genius.”
