Epik High Is Nothing Without Tablo, But Totally Fine without DJ Tukutz?
Members of Epik High recently discussed their relationships and the importance of each member to the overall group.
During a recent broadcast of MBC FM4U’s “Tablo’s Dreamy Radio,” the hip hop artists gathered to the studio and revealed their honest thoughts on the dynamics of their group.
Regarding his relationship with Mithra Jin, DJ Tukutz said, “Honestly, I think we are a bit uncomfortable with each other. We lack common interests.” Mithra Jin commented, “I don’t feel uncomfortable with DJ Tukutz, but not good either.”
Hearing this, Tablo said, “As expected, you two cannot find the middle ground,” and DJ Tukutz added, “We are exactly like relatives.”
Next, Tablo brought up an interesting question, “I will throw this topic out there. Listeners, please send your thoughts to us. Who do you think is the most important Epik High member? Our producer chose this question. You two, what do you think?”
DJ Tukutz opened up the discussion, “That’s a very difficult question. Epik High has three members, but taking one out won’t be that bad. Especially in my case, as I don’t have to be present at music shows or concerts, it won’t really show,” and continued, “Without Mithra Jin, we will have problems. As Tablo has to perform by himself, the number of songs either increases or the length of the concert gets cut.”
“Everything will be fine even if I’m not there,” Tablo said, but DJ Tukutz replied while laughing, “We would fail.”
Tablo continued, “Without me, Epik High will not only lose me, but also a lot of antifans. I probably have a lot of fans, but I am also the member with the most antifans.” Mithra Jin said, “Having Tablo has both positive and negative effects, but only me and DJ Tukutz together is nothing.”
What do you think, Soompiers? Could you imagine Epik High without one of the members?
