EXO’s Suho Opens Up About His Long Training Period Before Debuting

On the August 22 broadcast of Mnet’s “EXO 90:2014,” EXO member Suho opened up about the long period of time he spent training, before finally making his debut into the music industry.

During the show, Suho confessed, “I entered [SM Entertainment] as a trainee in 2005, around the time of Super Junior’s debut, but Taemin and Jonghyun ended up debuting first as SHINee. I felt lonely being left alone as the only trainee [who entered at the same time].”

After hearing Suho’s experience, senior group g.o.d’s Son Ho Young shared, “That long wait is what made EXO into who they are now.” Park Jun Hyung also added, “[It’s] really incredible and admirable,” as they both displayed their affection and words of encouragement for their juniors.
