"Super Star K6" Contestants Top Eight Music Charts in Three Hours

Three unique “Super Star K6” participants have succeeded in topping eight music charts in three hours since the release of the song they performed on this week’s collaboration stage.

Kwak Jin Won, Kim Pil, and Im Do Hyuk performed Lee Chi Hyun and Pals‘ classic “Only You” from 1977, reinterpreting the song in their own way. The judges were extremely impressed by the performance, with judge Lee Seung Chul shouting out “100%” at the end of the performance.  He also added that it was the best performance he has seen in the history of the show.

In three hours since the cover was released digitally, it has managed to top eight digital music charts, including Melon, Mnet, Bugs, Olleh, Genie, and Naver Music.
