Girls' Generation Sooyoung Impresses with Acting in "My Spring Day"

In the fourth episode of “My Spring Day,” aired on September 18, Lee Bom Yi (Sooyoung) receives a proposal in a private theater from her boyfriend Kang Dong Wook (Lee Joon Hyuk), and a behind-the-scenes video of Sooyoung on the scene has created quite a buzz, accompanied with compliments on the Girls’ Generation member’s demonstrated acting ability in the drama.

For the scene, Sooyoung had to cry while watching the proposal video prepared by her character’s boyfriend. After director Lee Jae Dong’s word that she would have to go for four minutes, the shoot started, and Sooyoung effortlessly fell into her role, shedding tears with a smile of joy on her face. Stills were also released for Kam Woo Sung in the upcoming episode of “My Spring Day,” depicting a comical scene in which Kang Dong Ha (Kam Woo Sung) uses his secretary Hyung Woo (Lee Jae Won)’s body to demonstrate cow body parts.

In related news, the fourth episode of “My Spring Day” saw a viewer rating of 11.1 percent, a number that has risen with each episode so far.
