Agency: “Lee Jung Hyun Is Not Dating ‘Roaring Currents’ Director”

Veteran singer Lee Jung Hyun has denied that she is romantically involved with movie director Kim Han Min.

The two celebrities worked together on the recent film “Roaring Currents,” which has proved a huge box office hit. According to AVA Films & Entertainment, the talent agency that represents the star there is no truth in rumors suggesting that Lee Jung Hyun and Kim Han Min are a couple.

A representative from the agency stated, “We have no idea how or why these reports surfaced. It is not true at all. Their relationship is purely that of a director and an actress. There is also a huge age gap between them. We ask that media outlets that have published reports about this issue corrections to their stories.”

Lee Jung Hyun plays the part of a mute woman who is the love interest of one of the heroes in “Roaring Currents.”

She is also famous as being the originator of techno music in K-pop, and is nicknamed “The Techno Queen.” Some of her most well-known hits include “Wa,” “You” and last year’s “V.”
