“Tomorrow Cantabile” Makers Release Three Posters

Group 8, the production company behind forthcoming KBS2 drama “Tomorrow Cantabile” has released a collage of three poster images ahead of the series’ premiere on October 13.

Two of the images feature actors Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung, who will play the male and female leads in the drama. In one image, the pair are shown sitting near a grand piano, while in the other, they are pictured apparently throwing pages of sheets music into the air.

A third image, the only image released so far that also features members of the show’s supporting cast, depicts the male and female leads along with an assortment of 11 other characters. These other characters are shown holding musical instruments or posing in a way that supposedly gives a clue as to their personalities in the drama.

The new series is based on a popular series of Japanese manga novels called “Nodame Cantabile,” and was successfully adapted for the small screen in Japan. Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung play the role of talented musical students who dream of becoming accomplished classical music performers.
