Girls’ Generation’s Sunny Completes “Hug Challenge”

Sunny from Girls’ Generation participated in and completed the “Hug Challenge” campaign.

“The person who gets hugged has to donate 10,000 won ($9 USD) – roughly 20 blocks of coal – to the Coal Bank. That person then has to hug three other people within 24 hours,” explained Sunny on her Instagram.

“I was hugged by Epik High’s Tablo. I, in turn, hugged Mithra Jin from Epik High, SHINee’s Jonghyun, and Super Junior’s Siwon. Did you know… love is a lot warmer when you give rather than receive?” she further posted.

The proceeds go to the Babsang Community, where they help feed and provide coal to those who are in need.

The “Hug Challenge” campaign began with YG’s Sean.
