Ha Jung Woo Spotlighted as a Director in Esquire Magazine

Actor Ha Jung Woo was featured on the January 2015 cover of Esquire, which highlights him as a film director, with his keen gaze and the retro camera in his hands.

Ha Jung Woo has lately spent a lot of time behind the camera, having previously directed the film “Fasten Your Seatbelt” (2013), starring Jung Kyung Ho, and the upcoming film “Chronicle of a Blood Merchant,” in which he takes on both directing and acting roles.

The actor-director plays Heo Sam Kwan, a man who seems not to have a care in the world. He will be accompanied by actress Ha Ji Won, who plays Heo Ok Ran, Heo Sam Kwan’s wife, for the ‘human comedy’ film.

The film, an adaptation from Yu Hua’s bestseller of the same name, is set to premiere on January 15.
