SHINee Jonghyun Boasts of Finally Succeeding in Convincing Kim Heechul to Get a Haircut

SHINee’s Jonghyun revealed on his personal Twitter account that he has finally convinced Kim Heechul to get a haircut.

On January 22, Jonghyun uploaded a photo on his Twitter of Kim Heechul turned around looking at a TV screen. The caption reads, “Heehul hyung sent me this picture to congratulate me [getting first place],” and then also added a caption which implied that Kim Heechul looked similar to Jo Hyun Ah, the former Korean Air executive, because of his hairstyle.

Soon after, Kim Heechul sent Jonghyun a picture of himself posing like Jo Hyun Ah.

Two days later, Jonghyun uploaded another capture of a conversation between the two. In the conversation Kim Heechul tells Jonghyun, “I didn’t listen to my fans, [my friend], or even my mom, but because you said I look like [Jo Hyun Ah], I am cutting my hair.”

Soon after, Kim Heechul uploaded on his Instagram a picture of hairs cut off. In the caption, he stated that despite the requests from multiple fans and his mother to get a haircut, he had been adamant about keeping his long hair. After Jonghyun’s comment, however, he finally made the decision to change his hairstyle.
