Girls' Generation Announced As First Artist in the KCON NY Lineup

Girls’ Generation has been announced as the first guest of KCON New York, the East Coast counterpart of the annual festival celebrating “All Things Hallyu.”

The group will be taking the stage at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on August 8. This is Girls’ Generation’s first performance in the New York vicinity after 2011’s SMTOWN at the Madison Square Garden in Manhattan, and their second year as a KCON attendee.

Meanwhile, Super Junior is set to join the KCON LA lineup, having been revealed as the first artist for the event. Last year’s KCON boasted a star-studded roster of G-Dragon, CNBLUE, IU, VIXX,Teen Top, B1A4, BTS, Jung Joon Young, and SPICA.
