Wonder Girls Confirmed to Make Comeback as Four-Member Group Including Sunmi

Wonder Girls has been confirmed to join the comeback thunderstorm this summer.

After initially denying reports of Wonder Girls’ comeback earlier this week, JYP Entertainment confirmed with OSEN on June 24 that the group will be returning after three years, this time as a four-member group.

“Wonder Girls completed the music video filming for their new song, which took place all over Namyangju city in Gyeonggi Province,” a representative told OSEN, “The plan is for Yubin, Yeeun, Hyelim, and Sunmi to participate in comeback activities as a four-member group. I think they will make a comeback after July.”

In response to reports that Sunye will be joining the group, the representative said, “She will not be participating in promotions this time.”

Since their last release “Like This” in 2012, the Wonder Girls, who made their debut in 2007, has been on hiatus.
