iKON to Perform Debut Showcase at Korea's Largest Venue

YG Entertainment just released a teaser for iKON‘s upcoming debut showcase, to come on October 3, just two days following the release of the first half of the group’s debut album.

Holding their showcase at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena, iKON is kicking off their careers with an industry record; no idol has performed their debut showcase in Korea’s largest venue — which seats over 14,000 — before, much less rookies. 

The showcase, titled “Showtime,” will feature performances of the group’s six initial releases, as well as those performed on the survival audition show “Mix & Match.” There is no doubt that, with periodic releases that somewhat resemble BIGBANG‘s “MADE” series releases that spanned from May to September this year, iKON is prepared to shake things up with their debut.
