Park Bo Gum and Irene Show Off Their Chemistry as Couple MCs
Though “Music Bank” is a place for singers to shine, the MCs Park Bo Gum and Irene are stealing the stage light with their chemistry together. Netizens just can’t get enough of the two of them together.
On the episode of “Music Bank” aired on December 18, the two seem closer than ever, despite having fans jokingly complain that they seemed to be watching “We Got Married.”
During the show, Park Bo Gum asks Irene, “Is there anything you want to do during the winter?”
“I would like to walk with my lover in the snow,” she answers.
In response, Park Bo Gum leans against her shoulder and asks, “Would you walk this close?” Irene breaks out into laughter and compliments his sense of humor.
Afterwards, the two bring up their excitement for “Gayo Daechukjae,” a special program held at the end of the year for singers.
When Park Bo Gum praises “Gayo Daechukjae,” Irene suggests they go. He agrees by saying, “Ok, ok, Okinawa,” which is Park Sung Kwang’s popular catchphrase from “Gag Concert.”
While Irene finds the situation amusing, Park Bo Gum immediately changes the subject out of embarrassment by saying, “Let’s introduce our next song.”
Their levels of affection reach its peak when Irene lays her palm on Park Bo Gum’s cheek. When the two look into each other’s eyes while laughing, viewers’ hearts melt at the cute sight. Park Bo Gum’s child-like smile is especially noteworthy.
Though a large part of their actions and words may be scripted, their chemistry together is not. Fans call the two the “We Got Married” couple of “Music Bank” to appreciate their cuteness.
