Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung Joins Tumblr and Celebrates Her Birthday
Girls Generation‘s mischievous and talented beauty Sooyoung turns 27 years old in Korean reckoning (26 years old in Western reckoning) on February 10, and to celebrate she’s made a blog on Tumblr that’s full of birthday-themed images.
Sooyoung posted a picture from her birthday photo shoot to her Instagram shortly after midnight KST on February 10, directing her followers to check out her new blog.
Her blog features several photos from the same shoot in which she celebrates her special day with huge birthday balloons, a cake with a single candle, and funny enormous glasses. On one photo of herself holding up the cake, she writes in English, “uncertain, but exciting.”
As the caption to another photo of herself standing behind her two balloons, she writes, “where is my other leg.”
Sooyoung jokes on another photo, “I forgot to put sunblock on my legs.”
She also writes on a picture of herself looking up at her birthday glasses, “Wait 6 candles… am I 6!?”
