"The Return of Superman" PD Denies Rumors of Jung Joon Ho Joining the Show

The producer of KBS2TV‘s “The Return of Superman” has dismissed rumors of actor Jung Joon Ho and his family possibly joining the cast.

Earlier today (February 21), it was reported that Jung Joon Ho has received an offer to join “The Return of Superman.”

As a response, the show’s producer clarified that negotiations regarding his appearance were wrapped up last year, and he won’t be joining the cast in the near future. “Jung Joon Ho was one of the celebrities who were in talks to become our new member last year. He was busy filming a drama and the plans fell through. It was all wrapped up last year.”

Meanwhile, Jung Joon Ho’s wife and announcer Lee Ha Jung gave birth to their first child, a son, in 2014.
