Yoo Jae Suk Gets Inspired by Song Joong Ki’s “Descendants of the Sun” Character on “Infinite Challenge”

The cast of “Infinite Challenge,” particularly Yoo Jae Suk, seems to be big fans of the hit drama “Descendants of the Sun”!

In the latest episode of “Infinite Challenge,” cast members Yoo Jae Suk, Haha, Jung Joon Ha, and Kwanghee set out to try to increase their spring viewer ratings while wearing military uniforms. However, they quickly realize that they’re not dressed for the cold weather. To try to raise his fellow members’ spirits despite the freezing temperatures, Yoo Jae Suk suddenly breaks out into the military way of speaking when he says, “You can only do it if you believe you can!”

Haha laughs at Yoo Jae Suk’s sudden transformation into a soldier and points out to him that none of them have ever even served as active soldiers, since Jung Joon Ha was exempt from his military service, Yoo Jae Suk and Haha both served as public service workers, and Kwanghee hasn’t done his two years in the army yet.

As the guys joke with each other, Kwanghee says, “That drama is so popular right now!”

Yoo Jae Suk excitedly points out that their hats look similar to the one that Song Joong Ki wears in “Descendants in the Sun,” and says that Song Joong Ki is really huge at the moment.

The guys then joke around and do their best imitations of military talk and sing army songs. Yoo Jae Suk tries to copy the military way of speaking that’s used in the drama, but eventually Haha just laughs at him again and says, “Please don’t try to imitate Song Joong Ki when you’re not good at it!” Yoo Jae Suk protests, “This is how you do it!”
