Kim Heechul's Past Comments on SM Entertainment's Stance on Relationships Resurface

With the revelation of Krystal and Kai’s relationship, Kim Heechul’s past comments on dating in SM has been re-highlighted.

In 2011, former SM Entertainment singer Shoo (member of S.E.S) appeared on “Radio Star” and said, “The company actually supports dating within.”

Super Junior‘s Kim Heechul comments, “Lee Soo Man said, ‘If you’re going to date, I’d rather you date within the company. It’s easy for us, and we can take care of all the scandals.’” Lee Soo Man is the founder of SM Entertainment.

Meanwhile, on April 1, it was reported that EXO’s Kai and f(x)’s Krystal are dating. Soon afterwards, SM Entertainment confirmed the news.

“Kai and Krystal have been good friends, and they have recently started liking each other romantically,” the company stated.
