SEVENTEEN's Hoshi Talks About Inspiration Behind "Pretty U" Choreography

On the April 28 broadcast of SBS PowerFM’s “Two O’Clock Escape Cultwo Show,” SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi revealed what inspired him to create the fun choreography for their new title track “Pretty U.”

Hoshi, who is the leader of SEVENTEEN’s performance team, introduced the choreography. “It represents the dance musical genre. The focus is on the dynamic, smooth movements and lively expressions.”

He explained about the creation process behind the choreography, “I couldn’t come up with any ideas, so I decided to head to a 24-hour waffle cafe. While sitting on a couch, I started moving my legs, just for fun. That’s when I got inspired. We actually use a couch during our performance.”

Meanwhile, the members of SEVENTEEN took part in producing their new album and put their personal touches on everything from beats and lyrics to the choreography.
