Joy Confesses "I Love You" To Yook Sungjae On Their Sweet Amusement Park Date

While Joy and Yook Sungjae will be leaving “We Got Married” soon, Joy has finally confessed “I love you” to Yook Sungjae.

On the recent episode on April 30, the two visit a school wearing school uniforms. While playing around in the playground, Joy says, “A guy I liked was good at playing basketball,” and Yook Sungjae replies, “Are you trying to make me jealous?”

During her individual interview, Joy is surprised, saying, “He didn’t get jealous. He didn’t even blink an eye.” Joy even mentions her first love saying, “He looks a lot like you,” but Yook Sungjae doesn’t respond much.

However, Yook Sungjae was actually boiling inside. During his interview, he says, “I was about to get angry. I didn’t know why she was telling me these things.” He clarifies, “I didn’t get jealous,” but his voice tells otherwise.

Later, the couple goes to an amusement park. When she gets scared during a ride, Yook Sungjae tells her, “Tell me a wish,” and Joy says, “Oppa, I love you,” making a surprise confession.

In her interview, she says, “Before when he told me he loved me, I told him, ‘No, we’re still on the liking level. It’s not love yet.’ Back then we just laughed it off, but now I happened to tell him my heart during that desperate second.”

They are also quite serious during the Ferris wheel ride. They think back to the time they first met, reminiscing, “I’m glad that it’s you. My heart still pounds.”

Joy then remembers that Yook Sungjae wasn’t very jealous of her remarks earlier in the day and asks, “Do you like me?” When he says, “Yes,” Joy asks again, “Then why aren’t you jealous?” He then says, “Because you like me, too.”

Lastly, the two hug it out and continue the sweet atmosphere.

Meanwhile, Joy and Yook Sungjae will be leaving “We Got Married” soon in May after being on the show for almost one year.
