Clara Opens Up About Dealing With Public Backlash In New Bnt International Pictorial

In a recent interview with bnt International, actress and entertainer Clara opens up about her struggles during her hiatus.

After about a year of pausing all activities due to a legal dispute with her former agency Polaris Entertainment, Clara participated in her first domestic interview with SBS’s “One Night of TV Entertainment.”

In response to a question about how she dealt with the anxiety and stress during her hiatus, Clara says candidly, “I learned that as a public person I need to act with care and propriety. If I had only received loved from the public, I wouldn’t have grown [as a person], but having received public backlash, I have gotten a bit stronger and have been able to grow.”

Clara also made a rare public sighting in Korea at 2016 Fall/Winter Seoul Fashion Week, which she attended with Taiwanese actor and singer Kai Ko.

“I was the MC for the “Asia Film Awards” which took place not long ago in Macau. There I met Kai Ko for the first time and learned that he was coming to Korea for Seoul Fashion Week,” Clara shares about how she and Kai Ko decided to go to Seoul Fashion Week together. “We thought it would be nice to go together, so we did.”
