YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun Suk Promises Announcement About Sechs Kies

YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun Suk has an announcement to make in relation to the recent reunion of first generation boy group Sechs Kies.

A press conference for “K-pop Star 6” was held at the SBS headquarters on May 9. It was attended by judges Yang Hyuk Suk, Park Jin Young, and Yoo Hee Yeol, as well as PDs Park Sung Hoon and Jun Ik Sung.

During the conference, Yang Hyun Suk is asked about the reunion of Sechs Kies. He jokes, “Should I make Sechs Kies come on ‘K-pop Star’?”

He then responds, “That’s not something I can answer here today. I will make an official announcement about that within the next three days.”

After Sechs Kies made a reunion last month on “Infinite Challenge,” YG Entertainment denied reports that it was planning to release an album by the group.
