Original June 2 KST:
After a slew of mysterious teaser images released yesterday, EXO continues to excite fans with more announcements and teasers.
On June 2, SM Entertainment revealed that the group will be making their long-awaited comeback with their third full album, “EX’ACT,” and will be promoting double title tracks, “Monster” and “Lucky One.” They say the music and upcoming performances will exceed expectations and captivate listeners.
“Monster,” co-produced by Kenzie and LDN Noise, is reportedly a dance track with piercing drum sounds, fresh vocals, and an overall darker sound. The lyrics straightforwardly speak of an obsessive love they can’t give up, and match perfectly with the more dramatic music.
Meanwhile, “Lucky One” is a funky R&B dance track with a fun disco tempo that will charm listeners with its bright melody. It talks about a man who sets off to find his destined love with an anticipating heart.
SM Entertainment also released individual teaser images of all nine members, specifically for “Lucky One.” The bright and colorful images hint at what is still yet to come, heightening the excitement for their comeback once again.
“EX’ACT” will be released on June 9, at 12 a.m. KST.
