Eric Nam Talks About A Time He Wanted To Give Up Being A Singer

Eric Nam has revealed that he wanted to quit being a celebrity when he went through depression.

On the recent episode of “My Father And Me” on June 16, Eric Nam starts talking about how much he respects his father.

He says, “My father immigrated to the States 30 years ago. I started thinking about how much courage you would need back then to take that big step in life.”

Then he explains, “There was a time I wanted to give up being a singer and go back to the way it was. I had depression, too. I talked with my dad while crying, saying that I want to give up. But my father went through hardships, too, and I didn’t want to let him down.”
