gugudan's Kim Sejeong Says She Had Doubts About The Group Name Too

Girl group gugudan member Kim Sejeong reveals that she had doubts about her group’s name too.

On the July 15 episode of KBS2’s “Welcome Show,” the cast members try their hand at speedy poetry.

“I wrote about a recent, big issue in my life,” Kim Sejeong says before she reads her poem.

“I thought ‘No way’ and hoped it wasn’t true/ But since it’s your choice, I will assent/ And in no time, I have become used to it/ My team name gugudan,” Kim Sejeong reads, making the rest of the cast members crack up.

She adds, “The head [of my agency] came up with the name.”
