Spica To Make A Comeback After Moving Agencies
Girl group Spica is set to make a comeback by the end of August.
Spica’s last comeback was in November 2014 with the digital single “Ghost.” In December, their company B2M Entertainment merged with CJ E&M Entertainment, resulting in Spica signing a new exclusive contract with CJ E&M in December. This will be the first release since the merging of the companies as well as a change in the group’s contract.
Similarly, their label-mate Eric Nam had also signed an exclusive contract with CJ E&M, and grew in popularity, releasing more music and joining more variety shows.
Currently Spica’s Kim Bohyung is gaining recognition through JTBC’s “Girl Spirit.”
Spica debuted in 2012 as a five member group, and came into the spotlight when it was revealed that Lee Hyori took part in producing the group.
